    Multi Day lunchtime project

In our pantry, we have 22" of wasted wall between the shelves at the back and where the door opens. My wife has been looking for a shelf that would fit in that space and they were all 15" wide or 24" wide, not deep enough too deep, the shelves were fixed height and not the height she wanted ... ad infinitum.

Since I had to calibrate my hole drilling system after removing it from the top of the old sheet goods rack and installing it on the new sheet goods rack, I decided to throw together a quick shelf unit that would meet her needs.

End of day 1 Lunchtime 65 Minutes.
I have all the parts cut for the sides, fixed shelves, nail rails, and base. I got the shelf holes drilled in both sides and the dominos cut for assembly and edge banded all the fixed parts

Today I didn't have a lot of time 34 Minutes
I glued up the main case and edge banded the remaining shelves, show edge of the nail rails and the exposed edges of the base. I did get to use the squaring clamps my niece gave me for Christmas for the first time. They worked perfectly, but like all clamps, I need more of them.

Tomorrow I need to drill some pocket holes to assemble the base and attach the nail rails and install it in the pantry. More pictures to come.

Another half hour after work and it is done and installed. If SWMBO likes it, I'll replace the rest of the shelves in the pantry.

She liked it, but I have to get back to and finish my office bookcases and cabinets first.
