Yesterday I got a wild hair and decided to just start cutting a 2x6 off cut that was laying around. It was about 13” long. I ended up with this kind of cool piece. The color comes from kool aid cherry and grape. I have enough thin strips left to frame the perimeter then spray it with either lacquer or poly. I had enough left for the flamingo as well.
