Some simple Christmas presents for Daughter, Son and Dad

These were easy to make using scraps from previous projects:

My daughter and her husband are crazy Harry Potter fans. They have been to Harry Potter world in Florida a couple of times and have "magic wands" for themselves and their two kids (well the 3 month old gets hers in June), so they needed a display stand. The "Golden Snitch" is also a watch.

The picture of my son and his dog I swiped from a selfie he took. He got the dog this year from a shelter (rescue dog) and they are totally devoted to each other. I call this picture "I've Got Your Back".

The knives for my Dad are really just a simple kit project I wanted to try. It's really hard to think of things to make for my dad after all these years.

Nice gifts. What is that texture on your son's face?

        You mean the beard? ☺️
Or do you mean the photo? I used the Prisma app to treat the original photo.

Very nice. I like your wood treatments, and those knifes look like they'd feel really good to touch.

Those are really nice personal and unique gifts. That framed pic is awesome; very artistic,
                your frame enhances it perfectly.
