Beautiful table, like was already said, too nice for outside.

Really nice work! I would definitely worry about leaving it outdoor (too many elements)

LOML would quite like it as our main dining room table but we have a really nice modern danish extending table, chairs, dresser in there. Would be happy to sell it but would need a lot of $$s to justify that sale. Like more than a full size sawstop!
Well I've seen tables not nearly as nice as yours go for a lot more cash than a Sawstop. Very nice work.

Thanks although not sure I can fit one of the larger sawstops in my shop. may need to upgrade the shop before the saw :-)

Where did you source the turquoise?

I bought some on strings online from Ebay and at a local jewelry supplies. Then I had to crush and grade them. ebay can be iffy as you dont really know what you are getting and some stuff is fine for jewelry but is essentially dyed or painted so when you crush it you are screwed!

I then found a local specialist rock store in town. They are called Natural Expressions in Gilbert AZ. an amazing little place where you can get virtually any type of rocks from large geodes to a huge variety of crushed stone specifically destined for inlay work. they sell in small baggies already perfectly graded in multiple sizes and they have all colors naturally available. They dont seem to have a website but I am sure if you call them they will ship anywhere.

I will keep my eyes open for old turquoise necklesses at yard sales which can be worth buying and crushing but otherwise I will just buy from this place.
