This one is the metric version... 1.00 mm per turn.

For my work I prefer the US inch one, 1/16th inch per turn see next post

They also sell one in inches, not metric. This one is 1/16th inch per turn, 1/64th per marked quarter turn
The metric one is 1 mm per turn adjustment.

BUMP. My BT-SET-MAX which is the larger variant of the micro positioner is here, and it looks great. Pretty simple to use so very happy with the purchase. I am unable to find the MAX variant, but there are a couple of auctions for the BT-SET compact micro positioner and there are a few units for each auction it looks like...And they have the Buy It Now setup.

Excellent accessory for making precision cuts on your BT3 saw.
The marked increments are 1/64th inch I can easily position half a increment and get 1/128th adjustments if you go a consistent direction. Can be used for rips and for crosscuts if you use the fence with a stop block.
