    Restoring my BT3K

These are some questions I have while I'm fully restoring my BT3K!
    1. Is this the proper part#15 (guide bar) in the SMT assembly???!

They look like the ones on my early BT3K. I can't get to the SMT from my BT3100 just yet, but I think they were the same. Can you post pics of the entire guides with both sides shown? I'll try to get pics of the ones on my SMT tomorrow late.

Here’s pics of the SMT guide bars on my BT3K & BT 3100. Notice the BT3100 bars are upside down channel shaped while the BT3K bars are solid with rectangular cavities.

Such a minimal detail, but how do you guys have your table legs set up. Some have the horizontal support out front and others have them on the inside...

My saw stands (4 each), have the verticals on the outside. You could possibly reverse it with the vertical posts on the inside if the holes match up as the thickness of the angle iron may change the spacing of the holes for the bolts.

Mine look like this (see photo). It was this way when I bought it. Most of the ones I see in Google Image Search are oriented like this.

Horizontals on the inside as per your box picture.
The OCD in me says the legs have to be perfectly vertical which means (assuming the horizontals are identical) that they need to be in the same order as the bottom horizontals which have no choice but to go on the inside and the verticals have to go on the outside there.

But I think it probably doesn't really matter all that much.
