    BT3000/BT3100 1/2" Handwheel Adapter drawing

I am cross posting this because I think it might stand alone and be easier to find.

This is the drawing for the half inch Handwheel to BT3000/BT3100 Adapter
I did not design this, it was sold by an eBayer 7 years ago and I just copied the dimensions. My part was cut in aluminum.
THere are really no critical dimensions except the small shaft must be less than 0.500" and the cavity should be large enough to fit the BT3000 handwheel shaft.

Many Handwheels on the market now are metric and have a 12 mm shaft opening... which is like 0.472 inches so it can be made easily for that, too.

Some more files and pictures for handwheels adapter and the difference between the original BT3000 metal and later BT3000 plastic handwheel

As far as I can tell the spline around the base shaft of the BT3100 handwheel (right) has no real function.

I don't suppose anyone knows a machinist that can knock a few of these out cheap? This was from an ebayer long ago...
