    Bt3100 drawing

    Hi all

This is gonna be a strange request but i thought i would try anyway.

Does any one out there happen to have an AutoCAD drawing of the BT3100 or the 3000 that i could get in either DWG or DXF format. If you have the drawing in another drawing or drafting type package that will output in DXF format we still may be in business.

Thanks for the help guys. The search didnt turn up anything usefull but was a good suggestion anyway. I finally broke down and started drawing. At about 8AM saturday morning i had the tables tops figured out with the layout i will probably end up with on the top of the saw.

I also started working on the side view but couldnt get finished cause i needed some more measurements. Im prolly gonna end up with the my laptop in the garage with a tape to get the stuff i need to finish this up right.

I have a copy of the origional drawing from the articles section. Not sure how to give it back to the site, but meantime I can email it to anyone interested.
I found it really useful in designing my mobile base.

Actually, I have a Corel Draw illustration that I did a few months ago. It is a top view only, that I drew to help with the layout of my future shop. It is to scale and I export it to most drawing formats. The illustration is in color and with details like grouped assembly of the SMT, rails, etc. (Helps me to make adjustments on my floor plan for actual work positions.)

What I don't know of course, is how successful the conversion may be. The illustration currently exists in Corel Draw 9 "CDR" format. But I have Corel Draw 11 with which I would probably get the best translation to another format. Let me know who I can send this to and I'd be happy to do it, if this top view is what you want. I'll put a "scale" on it so you can re-size to whatever you need. My personal E-mail is: cwmsmith@aol.com
