Bah, just paid $40 for that set in Sept.

I can't recall ever seeing that set go on sale below it's usual sale price. That set is considered a good value at $40 shipped, so $26 shipped is excellent. It's a decent quality entry level set IMO with most of the basic bits you'll need without a lot of near duplicates that you'll never use. These aren't on par with Whiteside, Freud, and Infinity, but are about 30% the cost and are good enough for most applications. This was my first set and I got 3 to 4 good years out of them.

FWIW, if you sign up for the MLCS emails, the 69 piece set is often on sale for around $60.
