These are probably good sets but I want to have a 3/8" chisel in the set and both these sets are missing it. I recently pulled the plug on MHG set from Hartville. At this moment they have dark handled set of 6 chisels on sale, not long ago light handled set was on sale and that is what I got. Used it couple times already - works well.

I pulled the trigger on the big set. Having a corner chisel will be nice. They look a lot like the Crowns that are carried by woodcraft, who also have a few on clearance (corner cleaner set & skew set).

Spuds - I hope your shipment went better than mine. It was a timely delivery, but their packing was pathetique. The box split in the middle, and turned the 24" center finding rule into a ~33 degree POS. It was all loosely packed. I Couldn't find the leather wrap for the chisels either.

It must be a known problem, there was a letter for instructions for return shipments and a return label in the box. UPS can tear some stuff up, but this is unacceptable. Already pitched the catalog into the trash.
