But only on certain items that are marked 20% off right? I'm still kicking myself for missing out on the big deals on the Freud LU83R010 thin Kerf Combo blade. it looks like it doesn't apply to that blade though...

Yes, only certain items. About 2000 when i looked, and probably half of them drill bits.
There are a few saw blades in there, a bunch of mobile bases, miter saw/planer stands, and the drill doctors. One thing i did notice was that if the primary seller wasn't Amazon, the 20% off doesn't show up in the description. You have to check carefully.
