Is this PC router combo mispriced????

Am I missing something here? The jig itself looks to be $119 and the router around $120 all on amazon.

sounds like a good buy based on the individual prices + the extras.
The 690 router is not the latest and greatest, but if you just want to cut dovetails I guess it'll do.
I guess another way to think of this is a $120 dovetail jig and a
router for $40 ( I think they were showing $160 for the combo?)

Rockler's got it for 10$ more than Amazon, I'm guessing this is a new kit from Porter Cable.

It's a good deal, but not quite as good as it appears from the prices you found. The jig goes for ~$85 when on sale, and the 690LR for ~$100.
