For any of you who, like me, have $25 coming from Amazon on the tools promo they did in July, I inquired as to the delay in receiving my loot. They responded quickly by email yesterday, saying that the payment has been delayed but will be distributed in the next 5 to 7 business days. We will see.

Hey, that's exactly what they said to me when I e-mailed them the begining of LAST week! I suspect it'll come out during a time when there are no deals going on and have a limited duration that will expire right before any more deals come out.
I was going to email them today and remind them that it's been more than the 5-7 business days, sounds like it may be a waste of time.

I was told the same thing about this promotion. I have called several times and they keep saying they will check in to it. Last I heard they admitted we should have gotten them a month ago and they said I would have mine with in 5-7 days. This is day 6 and still no word. Tommorrow I am calling them again. I think everyone on here that has a cert. coming to them should call them and keep bugging them. This type of promotion is a joke, I have several items i wanted to order during this current promotion and it ends at the end of the month.Comment

I called Amazon again and they promised they would take care of it. About 30 minutes later I get another email saying it will be 5-7 more days. So I called them back and told them this was unacceptable. They are working on it but it didn't sound too promising. I asked them to call me with the truth and so far that hasn't happened yet. The emails saying 5-7 more days is getting old.Comment

Anyone else get their $25 certificates? I should have 4 coming, but I haven't received any of them yet. I did contact Amazon, but still no word back from them either.
BTW, did anyone save the details of the offer? I thought I had, but I can't find it at the moment.
