This illustrates an interesting dichotomy with the BT3. This saw is worth close to zero to someone wanting a table saw. You can get a new BT3 for not a lot more than it will cost to get this one back up and running.
Alternatively, the saw in the auction has substantial value ($50 - $100) to someone willing to part it out.
It has always interested me about how much of a profit is available in parting out a BT3. I've been tempted a few times when the BT3100 was on sale to buy a few of them and sell off the parts. Heck I could probably keep the extra rails for free.
