Craftsman TS (BT version) in Toronto

There is an ad for a Craftsman Model #315.272350 table saw (Canadian version of BT) in the Craiglist (Toronto). The price seems right (BT goes for 399 Canadian +Tx). Just in case someone in TO is thinking of buying a BT.
