    HF Ear Muffs

I was at my local HF today and picked up a pair of these for $1.99. Figured for that price I could try them and see if they were any good. Got home and compared them to my AO safety ear muffs which were 10 times the price and I gotta tell you I'm pleasantly surprised. The HF ones were rated at 23 db and the AOS were rated at 21 db. Believe it or not when I was running some tools today I could tell that the HF muffs were more quiet. Not sure how long they'll last but for 2 bucks I planning on picking up a couple more of these.

Except for the color, they look like a pair I have that was issued to me in the Corps for working around aircraft.

I think they're shaped that way so you can hang them around your neck when not in use.

Better use the 20% coupon on these, then put these on, so you don't hear the spouse yelling so much!

I bought a set of these the last time they were on sale. Great value for the price.

I have some hearing damage in one ear and have to use protection when using "loud" tools. Have been using a set of these for abt a year now. Great deal and well worth the price. If you want even more protection, you can use cotton wool in your ears with these, or ear plugs and these (almost a silent world).

I bought some of these last month and cannot use them because my 2 year old wears them when mom vacuums and when there are thunder storms.
