Using CL email link helps with the phone time problem, just tell them your phone schedule. As far as telling your address, I always note in the description that I will transport my item to a "neutral" meeting place that is agreeable to everyone. For larger items, after I have a feeling that the buyer will actually show up, I tell him how to get to the entrance to my subdivision and I meet him there and guide him to my house. I'd rather do that than give out my address and have them lost forever.
