So if you really want to get rid of it, I'd check out those forums and see if any newbies want to pay for shipping. Then you're getting rid of your scrap and helping out someone just starting out.
    I think the OP said mostly pine 2x4, plywood and MDF scraps. No mention of hardwoods.
