Thank Cab Man. It has been a good day. Had my annual blood work yesterday and saw my Doc. this morning. The blood was she said was great considering what it was 18 month ago. Although I gain 7 of the 25 I lost she said I was in good shape for 70. Going to Physical Therapy to see if we can help my back, arthritis and stenosis. Been work on cabinets for the sunroom and then the counter top. I have been working on them on and off all year, she said she wanter done by Thanksgiving, I said this year? She let me know I was #1 on her list. Did catch 3 nice Trout Tuesday season almost over. Don't know what the next 10 will bring but I will find out.

My only complaint is I don't have the energy I used to have and I work slower, so don't get as much done is the same amount of time as before. On a postitive note my 5 Grandkids, ages 11, 9,9,8 and 24months think I am cool and fun to be with, all but the little one can turn a pen by them selves now and do every time they are here. Sunday we are going to 6 Flags Vallejo to ride the coasters, should be fun. Birthday party Saturday afternoon.

    Tom

This gettin' older is for the birds. Fortunately we may still think like a 20 -30 yr. old, but our bodies know better. I think of it as a safety factor. If we didn't know we had to limit our physical activities, it would probably kill us. Our bodies seem to do that all on their own.
