      The "DNS Changer Virus" has been known to the powers that be since far earlier this year.

      NOTE: it infects PCs and Macs and routers.

          it was just a heads up in case anyone hadn't checked. The article states that the FBI had known and addressed it, but the protective measures they took were to be removed and thus it was a good idea to check.

              Looks like we survived it. We had checked all 4 active 'puters in the house. Missed the fact that it could infect routers but we changed to a new router, for other reasons, last week.
