For those of you that don't know, my BIL qualifies as disabled due to kidney / pancreas transplant this past year. He is now healthy enough to go back to work, but has been out of the job market so long, that his skills are rusty. So he wants to go take some touch up classes at the local community college.
Financing is the problem... The Comm College Financial Aid department is being FAR less than helpful with any sort of financial aid. Yes he does have a Bachelors Degree in CIS, but like I said, he has been sick, and out of the work force for 3 years. That is a LONG time to go without logging in to a server or a router...
Can anyone here point me in the right direction to get some help with this mess?
We are aware that grants are probably not going to happen at this point, but loans wouldn't be a problem assuming that not all the jobs get shoved to China in the next 2 years...
