    When my Father-in-law was still alive he had problems trimming his toe nails too. It turned out that Medicare would pay for a visit to a Podiatrist and toe nail trimming. It sure helped him. As far as ugly and stinky feet, a podiatrist should not have a problem with that. That is what keeps him in business!
