Hey folks. I know times are tough. But THIS forum is worth it! So far $1095 donated to keep it going. That's the lowest I've seen at this time since I became a member.

I'm kinda new here, paid in Nov. for a year and I agree this place is well worth supporting (and it's the only one I've paid into so far), but I think the amount shown is for the year starting Jan. '09, not this year. I seem to recall a post by the chief cook that he was starting the fund drive for next year a little early and money paid from that point forward would be for next year's membership.

That's correct, we exceeded the 2008 drive a long time ago.

In a strange twist, I actually expect to have a bit more cash after the holidays this year....hoping it'll be OK if I push my annual contribution off until then
