    A real beauty

Yesterday, my wife and I stopped for lunch at T.G.I.F. Our waitress was a young lady, maybe about 21 years of age. She had classic beauty. She had dark brown hair and brown eyes, weighing roughly 100 pounds, and very clean looking. If I were around her age, and not married, I'm sure I would have tried to get to know her a little (OK, a lot) better. I can't think of a movie star that would be better looking. She reminded me so much of my wife at a younger age. Have you seen people that you really thought had special looks?

I see them all the time. In fact my BFF and I were out to lunch yesterday and he commented on the fact that as we have gotten older, all the younger girls just look better and better. So either its true and there just weren't that many good looking gals around when I was that age, or we (my friend and I) are just getting OLD!

Every once in a while, I pull out my old HS yearbooks. The gals absolutely look better now than they did then... (unless, of course, they're all tatted up, pierced, or dressed gothic or grunge... )

I am trying to negotiate this issue right now--how young is "too young" for a guy my age (46)? I'm thinking any lady out of college would technically be OK. Sure, I'd be twice her age right now, but when I'm 80 there'd be a lot less difference, relatively speaking.

I mean, look at Michael Douglas and Fred Thompson...

                Are they married now????

You brought up age differential. If you were forty, and married a twenty year old, you would be twice her age. In twenty more years, You're 60 and she's 40. You're no longer twice her age.

Guys, have some restraint - I had this brilliant idea of 'working' from home today, and now my 8-year-old wants to know why I am laughing so loudly while doing 'office work'

but to take that math even further, when you are a 100, she's 80, and maybe you two are sharing a bathroom at that senior-citizen-resort .

The "Standard Creepiness Rule" is (your age/2) + 7. So at 46, you're looking age 30 and up.

Ed, I've just got to say it:

"This thread is worthless without pics."

Seriously, we have a lady here that if I were 10 years younger, single and about 50 lbs. less, I'd be asking her out. Then again, she is dating a guy my age.

That might be true, but this gal was in a class of her own. Even so, I wouldn't trade what I have for her.

I have a young lady that is a waitress/hostess at a Mexican restaurant near the beginning of my route. Easiest way to describe her is to tell you to look at the cover shot on the VS Christmas catalog. Almost a perfect double.

When she is at the register, she doesn't get their mail until I get a smile. The way her dark eyes light up when she does makes my morning!
