Its amazing how folks find Jesus and God when their a$$ is in a jamb. I give credit to the words but I am very, very leery of the honesty. Time will tell if its real or just more gansta BS. Leopards and their spots.

Hopefully he will now fade into the past.

Lovely, cynical take on the speech, with annotations:

I hope they sentence him to 10 years cleaning up dog sh-t at the local animal shelter... THEN there will be some remorse.

The only thing I can say is maybe God will judge him differently than I do. His speech didn't impress me.

I could rant, but the best thing I heard,

MV via the tv "I found the lord"

Someone watching " and he is a pet owner".
She couldn't tell the difference between the escape pod, and the bathroom. We had to go back for her.........................Twice.

I think the only reason MV is remourceful is because he got caught.

One thing is for sure, it will be interesting to see if any other NFL players will be implicated for attending these dog fights. I have not heard Goddell say anything about other NFL players but I think he is already setting a precedent. Some of them might be shaking in their shoes a little bit also for being guilty by association for attending the fights.

The league added it to the list of stay-aways that security people recite to each team every summer.
