    Tried Something New

It all started when my wife took me to see a PBR event in Feb. Ever since then I have been hooked. We signed up for bullriding school and took a trip to Bishop Ca.

I got stepped on a little so I only got on two bulls, but plan on getting in shape for round 2 in Oct.

Wish you a lot of luck. Don't want to cast any bad vibes, but have you thought of trying to stop a train with your face.

Looks like the bull won round 1. Hope you do better in round 2. Wife loves watching PBR.

Had a friend in high school who's dad raised stock for rodeos. Ran into him at a local rodeo and I was drunk enough that I got talked into bucking out some new stock after the days events.

When something that big, mean, and nasty spins 7 ways at the same time it has a rapidly sobering effect! Never had the desire to find out what it would be like to try it sober.

sounds like sticking your hand in a running food processor. Doesn't seem like there's a way to win.

            Allright Mr Danger,

There is danger/adventure, then there is danger/self mutilation. You DO use a blade guard don't you?

Closest I ever came or care to, was being charged by a friends dehorned bull, who didn't like us in his pasture.
She couldn't tell the difference between the escape pod, and the bathroom. We had to go back for her.........................Twice.

              Rodeo Sex

If you want to experience Rodeo Sex, the next time you and LOYL have an intimate moment, start swinging your free arm in the air, while yelling YAHOO, YAHOO.

When she asks what the heck you're doing, tell her that's how your girlfriend likes it.

Then try to hold on for 8 seconds.

Hmm.... you're a braver man than me. I like watching PBR too but I have no wish to try it.

I was about to ask if you still had all of your fingers. But I see Linux already asked if you use the blade guard.

As much fun as it is to go to a rodeo (live close to Cowtown Rodeo), I'll leave the bull riding to the pros. Glad you didn't get hurt.

The scary part of the rodeo is when the kids do the bull riding. Although at least the kids wear helmets..

I know that bull, his name is "Microwave", they call him that because he can cook your goose faster than anything.

Hat's off to ya amigo! I tried Rodeo, bareback, way back in college and never got it. Once at a practice session for some reason I had to go into the bull pen and one of Frank Beards bulls hooked me into the fence causing my new hat to fall to the dirt. I told Frank to put the bull in the chute and I'd ride him! Frank declined.

I've been a rodeo spectator off and on for years, and living in Ellensburg I get to see one of the best pro rodeos around. Really have to hand it to the kids doing rodeo these days. What a hard way to make a living!
