    HF ships returned items

I have this nice Japanese Maple growing in front of the house and decided to buy a solar spotlight to illuminate it at night. I opened the box last night and both ground stakes had dried mud on them. Don't these people check the returns before they ship it to someone else?

Maybe it wasn't returned. Maybe it was a result of their 100% product testing policy.

      Bob,
It wouldn't surprise me if it were true . They are shipping out a return label and will replace it once they receive the "soiled" one.

I've got those spotlights. They're cheaply made (big surprise, coming from HF), but they work very well. If you give the solar panel full light, it'll charge the batteries up enough for well over six hours of usage.

Good luck on the next pair!

I know you got the "doo-doo" end of the "stake" this time, but on the flip side, HF's return policy is pretty liberal don't ya think?

Sorry...I don't blame you for being miffed. I just couldn't resist.
