    Next Wednesday

Well the day of the custody battle is nearing. The trial starts at 9:00 A.M. , I don't know how I've gotten this far, much less the next few days.

She has been working on the girls telling them how great it will be when they get back together, although how She knows is beyond me. She never had the 6 year old but 1 year.

I really don't know what to do, as the Cops have let her off again on a charge of selling crack. They charged her new husband and he got 4 years probation. I don't know how much of the evidence I paid a private detective to get that the Judge will even consider.

As per the last post, a slight change, please keep the welfare of my GrandDaughters in You thoughts. Thanks, Bill

Bill you’re a good and caring man and in the best interest of the children I'm pulling for you 100%.
As a past “Special Educator” who worked exclusively with children who are the true victims in situations like yours, I am only to aware more than most of the life long and lasting damage an environment like that can have on children.

What Ron said... I see the victims in my classroom every day, from the pregnant girls who felt that's the only way to get some affection, to the guy who sleeps almost every day because he's up all night taking care of his sick grandmother to everything in between.

Best of luck, Bill. You guys are in my thoughts. I hope your lawyer kicks A$$ and takes names.

You have my cheers as well DUD, custody battles are always messy. I have far too many male friends on the losing ends of them, and the kids have suffered for it. Good luck, keep us posted!

Good luck in court, Bill. Those girls deserve a better life than they are going to get with their mother.

Good luck, Bill. I've been where you're standing. I have the pictures burned in my mind from when my bi-polar and certifiable ex-DIL beat my 6-yo retarded and autistic grandson to a black-and-blue pulp with her fists, a light cord and a belt. In our case fortunately, she had been anything BUT discreete about her violence and hatefullness, and a long line of people, from bus drivers to police officers, lined up to testify, so the Court did the right thing when the chips were down. Hopefully, yours will as well. My thoughts and hopes go out to you.

                      Bill,

Sam and I will never forget the day we went to court to have the boys parental rights revoked from the biological parents. I was so sick to my stomach, scared, and just ready for it to be over. We will be praying. Please let us know if there is anything else we can be doing.

Met with Our Lawyers this PM, the Mother has legally asked for 13 year old GrandDaughter to be there. I can't spell the real word. I had promised Her that She wouldn't have to testify again, She cried, I told Her to just tell the truth.

So She misses a day of school, whatever the Iowa standard test is, She was taking it. She will not complete it.

I am going to take some of my real pain killers tonite, so I can sleep. I am on edge like I can't believe. Thanks for being here for me, Your Friend, Bill
