Saw people making boxes using v-groove bits that cut almost all the way through.<br />
tried it on a small scrap. Like i thought its really hard to control that last bit of thickness.<br />

Once cut and taped, and you cut the corners off, you glue, fold and clamp the sides up. This was some 1/4&quot; stock.<br />
<br />
Anyone have any experience with this?<br />
