BT3000 Rear Fence Clamp Replacement Materials
(1) 1 7/8"(l) x 1 1/4"(h) x 7/8"(w) piece of hardwood (fine grained is better) (1) 1 1/2"(l) x 3/4"(h) x 7/8"(w) piece of hardwood
(1) 2"(w) x 1/8"(t) x 6"(l) bar aluminum
(3) 1/8" x 1 1/8" bolts with nuts
(2) 1/4" Axle caps (refer to picture)

NOTES
- Refer to the photographs for placement of the clamper.
- On the rear view you see the dado I cut in the wood. The dado isn’t continuous depth refer to the drawings. You see what I mean when you look at the shape of the clamper-b part.
- You want a tight fit so cut large and then cut for precision.
- Make sure these measurements work for your saw.
- When installed you want a small 1/64” clearance between the bottom of the fence and the table.
- On the aluminum sides leave 1/16” gap between the bottom of the side and the rail it rides on. Only the wood should touch.
- Slightly round the edges on the bottom of the wood the rides on the rail. Use a hard paste wax and saturate the end grain. When dry buff to a high polish.
