    Post saving

I vaguely remember reading that the new forum software would allow saving drafts of posts. Is this possible now? If so, how do we use it?

    Thanks

Sorry I missed this post and didn't reply earlier.

vBulletin has an autosave feature that triggers after 60 seconds in the editor and every 60 seconds thereafter. This is automatic and there is nothing you need to do to use it other than stay in the editor for 60 seconds or more. When it fires, you will see "Autosaved" in a small yellow box in the bottom right corner of the editor window, but it only sticks around for a few seconds.

If you close the window or your browser crashes, there will be a blue message in the bottom left corner of the edit window that says restore save content. It will only restore what you'd entered up until the time of the last autosave.

This is a little more obvious in the next version, but still unnoticeable if you aren't looking for it.

Also, when creating an article, you can save it and only you can see it until the "published" checkbox is set.
