    The turkey my wife made was awesome. The only bummer was there was a ton of food left over at my parents', but we couldn't take any with us because we road tripped up to the Crayola Experience the next day and didn't have anywhere to keep the food cold. So the only thing I've got left are the bones and some meat bits from the turkey I carved to make some soup. There were about 35 people at my parents' house. I brought the new cutting board I made for my Dad to carve my Mom's turkey on. My Uncle wanted to carve and he's already put in a request for a board and so has his daughter--my cousin.

      Yes - the Tofurkey is going to figure prominently in our TG plans henceforth !

      And my daughter has her eye on this Turkey cake from Baskin-Robbins
