    Site Upgrade Reschedule for 2016-MAY-21

    After some troubleshooting, research, and testing, we believe we have identified and corrected the issue that caused the upgrade failure on April 30. The upgrade has been rescheduled for 8:00 AM Central time on 2016-May-21. The site will be down for about 9 hours to complete the upgrade and will be back up by 5:00 PM. Plan on spending the day in the shop instead of hanging around here.

    With a little luck, things will go more smoothly this time.
