    This is the first of the bowls turned from that camphor root I got a while back. The large segment yielded several nice bowl blanks, but due to the irregular shape of the root, they will only be small bowls. This one measures 6in diameter by 3in high. I finished with Danish oil, then turners wax. I also included a shot of one of the other blanks waiting to be turned. Thanks for looking.
