    Parts for my BT3100

    Hello all,

I am looking to get a new or used SMT for my 3100 saw. Does anyone have a suggestion or resource. I found this one person on ebay, but I might as well go out and buy another saw. Thanks for the help

    Regards

    Robin

    Smt

For what it is worth, I saw one or two on Ebay recently.

If that was "just ryobi parts" they won't ship to Canada.
Komatoast is another e-bay seller that has them for under $100 I think.

May I ask why you want a second one?

Robin if you don't find a used SMT for the 3100, you might check Sears service for parts for the Sears 21829 - perhaps they will fit as the saws appear to be identical except for stand and finish.

I actually have 2 SMT's that are not being used. You can have one if you pay the shipping and make a donation to the Monte fund.

Sounds good. What is the Monte fund? Amount details?

I just moved and it appears that it was missing from my saw. I have not used it in the 30 days before my moving warranty expired, so i did not notice it missing.

I have a spare SMT if you need it.

On another note: Can you send Keiths through the mail?

This forum is for any topic that you would normally talk about at the office "around the coffee pot". Jokes, tall tales, and true stories are welcome as long as they are clean and in good taste. I only ask that you steer away from topics on religion or politics. Go ahead and pull up a chair and pour yourself a cup of coffee and enjoy the conversation.

Fellow Members, I've been trying to come to terms accepting Monte's passing and how this forum could pay tribute for all the joy he's brought to us. I like to propose that we (this forum) start a memorial fund in his name. Whether it be used to further the usage of BT3 Central or possibly a way to further Kyle's

Thanks to everyone for your kindness and wonderful offers. The moving company called and they have my SMT. I would still love to donate tot the monte fund. Does anyone have a address to send a check? Regards

PS I don't think Keith's will make it through the mail
