an alternative to cutting large sheet goods on sawhorses with your CS is to pick up a 4x8 sheet of 2-inch foam insulation (about $7 - $9) and lay that flat on your floor. Set your blade depth just an 1/8 or so more than the thickness of your sheet, clamp on a straight edge, and saw away. You can make dozens of these cuts on that foam before it gets too cut up to be useful. This assumes you have a decent amount of open floor space - my shop is in my garage, and I just leave that foam panel against the wall behind some plywood scraps. Works like a charm, much more stable than putting a 4x4 or 4x8 sheet on sawhorses.
